Call Meeting to order at 6 PM
Rick Made motion to make Matt the Temporary chair of Rec Committee until board has additional member, Matt 2nd all said I, no one opposed.
Discussed the mowing bid sheet, Rick made motion to approve mowing bid sheet, Matt 2nd all in favor said I no one opposed.
Budget for Rec Committee is $10,000. Most of the funds will go to mowing.
Rick discussed the possibility of receiving mowing bids earlier while budgets are made.
Rick and Matt had an open discussion what they would like too see the Rec Fields used.
