Call to Order: John McKenna called the meeting to order 6:26 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Approved by Consensus.
Public Comment: None
Approval of Minutes: Heidi made a motion to approve minutes and Don seconded the motion. Approved by consensus.

New Business –
Discussion on how to move forward with Town Plan.
Look into adding village center
Old Business Updating Town Plan:
– Update Data for schools in Town Plan
– John will make necessary changes to the Town Plan and will send it out via email to members and we will look over it and discuss it at our next meeting on October 7th.
Member Updates: None
Agenda Building:
– Final approval of Town Plan to Select Board for Review
– Solar project MIddle Road
Heidi made a motion to adjourn meeting at 7:11, Don seconded motion.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be Monday, October 7th, 2024 immediately after the Hearing at Clarendon Town Hall.
