Chairman Klopchin called the meeting to order at 6:08PM.

Approval of Meeting Minutes
Selectman Ambrose motioned to approve the Regular Meeting minutes from November 11, 2025 and Selectman Pratt seconded and all approved.
Highway
Road Commissioner’s Report – No report
Jim Austin – Jim brought to the board’s attention that the Quarterline Road was not plowed until after the storm was over. He is concerned it is a safety hazard and he expressed that he has as much a right to that service as any other tax payer. Mike asked Shelley what her thoughts were as she also lives on Quarterline and she stated that she is on the same page as Jim. Cash will be discussing with the Road Crew to improve the situation.
Approval of Select Board Warrants
All new warrants were approved and signed by all Select Board Members.

Rec Fields Bids for FY27 went to the Rec Committee for review. Transfer Station bid sheet will be posted for bids for the next meeting.
Comm Ctr & Town Hall Cleaning bids –
$83/CC cleaning & $89/TH cleaning from the 1st Vendor
$150.00/cleaning for either place – 2nd Vendor
Selectman Congdon motioned to reopen the bids to the public and ask for the Library to be included as a separate bid with the bids to be reviewed the first meeting in January, seconded by Selectman Ambrose, all approved.
Cemetery/Town Hall Mowing bids –
Johnsons – $10,625
Martelles – $15,700
Discussion in regard to level of service we’ve been receiving. Kevin Peck says he will continue to be communicative to the current company if we remain with them and that the increase in price is not worth switching the service.
Selectman Congdon motioned to award Johnsons the cemetery/town hall mowing contract, seconded by Selectman Ruane, all approved.
Town Officer’s & Committee Member Report
Heidi Congdon, treasurer stated the next budget workshop will be at 5pm on 12/22 before the next Select board meeting. We are hoping it will be our last.
Rec committee chair Sarah Kumm said there is no update as the committee, they took off December and will be meeting again in January.
Lister Kevin Peck spoke to having put out for bids for new maps. The listers approached 4 companies and received 3 denials. NEMRC is only company available.
Select Board Member Concerns
Selectman Ambrose stated that at the beginning of the agenda, the additions and deletions were left off the agenda.
Adjournment
Selectman Congdon motioned to adjourn 6:37PM, Selectman Ruane seconded, and all approved.
