Schedule your next event (birthday, anniversary, shower, etc.) at the Clarendon Community Center, located at the corner of Moulton Ave. & Grange Hall Rd.

The second floor of the Clarendon Community Center is available for rental use on Saturdays, Sundays and most weeknights – not available on Thursday evenings. The main hall can be used in a banquet setting or theater style arrangement for a lecture or performance. There is a “house-hold style” kitchen with provision for preparing food but this isn’t a commercial kitchen, so it cannot be used for frying foods of any kind. Baking, boiling and heating is allowed. The building is handicapped accessible and there is an elevator for those unable to use the stairs.

Rates are $35 per hour or $250 for 8 hours plus a $50 deposit to be returned after the event when the key is returned and the Community Center is inspected. The renter must have a liability insurance certificate on file from your homeowner’s policy to rent the hall, or you can go through TULIP at https://app.gatherguard.com/

The total amount of the rental is due in full when the key is picked up before the event. Arrangements for rental, contract agreement, payment, key pick up and return will be coordinated through the Town Clerk’s office, 802.775.4274 ext. 1.     contract    Rules
