1. Budget – 5,300.00 left Discussion followed
2. By Laws – started working on these will continue revision at our next
meeting.
3. Event – June 27th – TG Party, More discussion at next meeting.
4. March Event – Baked Potato Bar
4. Table at MRU 250th – Went and talked to MRU Sarah will work on stuff
fro table.
5. Will wok on Amazon Business account & Speaker might talk to town about
going 50/50 Art will go to the next Town Meeting to discuss it with the Select
Board.

3. Light for flag Pole – Electrical out lets
4. Pond – drainage for field -ART
5. Sound System for – Start Spangled Banner – Price Sound System/PA – Art
