Meeting Minutes Recreation Committee
4/1/26 at the Clarendon Community Center

Members Here: Chris Gatti-Palance and Sarah Kumm
1. Updates on action steps from the last meeting – Discussion followed
2. Debrief Potato Bazinga – Need to start event later 5-6:30.
3. Concessions and Baseball – Sarah will clean out concession stand and get ready for season I already spoke to RLL about being open.
4. June 27th Event – Not sure about the date of the event, too many members not present to make decisions about conversation with Matt Jakobowski and I about moving the event to Town Yard sale day and having fireworks.
5. Memorial Day Observation – Art will speak about what memorial day is and how to observe it. We will have refreshments, and table for Military memorabilia. I will reach out to Art, potential date is Friday May 22nd or
Monday May 25th.
6. Martelle meet at fields – Jan, Sarah, and cash scheduled meeting for next Wednesday at 12:00 at the Rec Field.
7. Chrest meet at R Clark – Sarah will email about meeting with Chrest for updates and walking trails.
8. Needs to be done:
– Need to find another Electrician
– Big Poster for tables for Clarendon Rec –
– SIGN – reach out to Art Department
– Volleyball

2. Concessions and Baseball – June 27th Event – Sarah spoke to Peter R, Discuss date of next event, I talked to about doing it on Town Yard Sale day July 25th, Matt suggested Fire works and the Fire Truck can come
3. Needs to be done:
– Need to find another Electrician – Heidi sick this week will go in next week for Amazon order
– Big Poster for tables for Clarendon Rec -Compliments of Clarendon Recreation with email x 2 easel
