Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes

September 9th, 2026

1. Budget – Heidi sent me updated Budget we will review at the next meeting.
2. Veterans Day Event – what do we want to do for the event? Keep it simple : memorial Stone,  Discussion followed
3. Goals for 2027 – everyone come up with some ideas for our goals for next year and we will share them at the next meeting.
4. Touch a Truck – will be at the Rec Field on October 3^rd 11-1 donations go to our Rec Committee.
5. we need to have a newsletter for the Town Report turned into the Auditor by November. Chrest will send me on for R Clarke Smith
6. Formal Proposal for Town to take care of driveways and parking for R Clarke and Rec Fields
7. updates by Chrest R Clarke Smith: Chrest updated selectmen on August 24^th meeting, Chrest met with concerned neighbor about discrepancies with the map from the Town, Chrest updated the Town on this and Nick C. Select Boad and neighbor will both sign updated map lines  Chrest updates on all the work that has been done!
