Present: John McKenna, Heidi Eccleston, Sarah Kumm, Don Pratt, Carol Geery, Brownson Spencer
Public: Triland Partners (solar project) –
Call to Order: John McKenna called the meeting to order 6:36 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Approved by Consensus.
Public Comment: Dan Pinkowski and Tom Garden
Approval of Minutes: Heidi made a motion to approve minutes and Don seconded the motion. Approved by consensus.
Mail – none
New Business –
– Discussed approval for Triland Partners presented plan (Attached) for silver Silo Solar project
– Carol made a motion to authorize John M to sign a letter of Support for Triland solar project Brownson seconded motion.
Old Business Updating Town Plan:
– Review Town Plan
– Heidi made a motion to send a draft of the Town Plan to the select board for their hearing Carol seconded motion. Board all agreed except Brownson apposed the motion.
Member Updates: None
Agenda Building:
– Review By-Laws
– Brownson made a motion to adjourn meeting at 7:22.
November meeting is canceled.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be Monday, December 2nd, 2024, 6:30 at Clarendon Town Hall.
