1. Updates on action steps from the last meeting – Flyers for next event done
– 3 colored and 2 black and white form town hall – posted on Town
Meeting Day and Brick Church and store on 103. Table of snacks at Town
Meeting Day. Coordination with library. Posted on facebook. Spoke to
coach about using the softball field, I reached to MRUAD will reach out
again I did not hear back.
2. Concessions and Baseball – I sent emails to RLL about scheduling and to
MRU Coach and AD.
3. June 27th Event –
1. 1. Get a post out teasing the event not a full flyer save the date post.
2. Lengthy Discussion Followed
3. Other Discussions – do any students from band/chorus want to
perform for Baked Potato night reach out to Coach Roach. -Email
