1. Update baseball- Went over calendar and field updates
2. Chrest – spoke with cash calling tomorrow morning to set up a meeting about a tour at R Clark and how to move forward. Discussion followed. How do we
manage the land well?
3. Updates – bolt sign to the fence or dig holes? La Valley donated 150 ft of fence -we bought 50 ft look for install fist look for someone with and auger
4. Voted purchase safety Guard – unanimous vote YAY Sarah will order
4. How do we get more people on the committee? Flyer for Concessions stand Sign for concessions.
5 NO memorial Day event this year our guest speaker is at the Wallingford memorial day parade.
6. Event will be in September – Tailgate Party end of August? Flag Football, Slip N Slide August 22nd or 29th . Sarah will check calendar to make sure other
towns are not having events. Then post a teaser flyer

refreshments, and table for Military memorabilia. I will reach out to Art,
potential date is Friday May 22nd or Monday May 25th.
