Members Present: Chrest, Chris GP. Sarah Kumm, Jan Mccoy, Cash R
1. Updates Baseball season/Concessions – made 560.00 on 6-7 games. we need to update rules for using fields and how much to donate in
order to hang sign on the fence
2. August Event: Fair on August 22, move to July 25th after yard sale
1. Planning – Cow chip bingo, RSVP,
2. Advertising – Flyer today get flyer going.
3. List of To Do’s – who can do what –
3. Volley Ball Court – Sarah will reach out to see if I can get someone to take this over. Score board by volley ball court
4. Split rail Fence needs to be installed- Check with Joe Parker about Augar. Safety Guard?
5. Update Goals for this year for the field, future discussion List, bylaws, and to do List – Come back to this after the July event, at the August meeting.
6. Chrest – R Clark – see attached notes
7 New Sign – Ask State about signs?
8. Cash Will move shed.
* Future Discussion next Agenda discuss budgeting in funds for R Clarke. Also need volunteers – students to help with trails. MRU volunteers. Cub scouts -Chris will reach out.
