Community Center Minutes

- Roof update – Bob will contact Len page about inspection
- Pressure washing – Matt will contact Frank about pressure washing building.
- Lawn is being mowed by Galliop, We have asked him to start mowing every other week.
- The fridge will need to be replaced, Matt will look into this.
- The elevator will need a new phone installed in it, The elevator company did come up to check it when we lost power.
- Chimney, we will need the select board to look into this and help us decide what we need to do.
- The septic tank will need to be pumped this year.
Some question have been asked by the Rec committee.
- Do you have bylaws?
We can’t locate any in our books.
- What is the vision or mission statement and goals for the Year
Our goals are to continue with the up keep and repair of the community center, we hope that the Rec committee will use the space for some events.
Mission statement
The Community Center will be used for the whole community to make great memories and bring family and community together.
