Meeting Minutes Clarendon Rec
Wednesday May 7th 8:30 Am
7B Ball Field
1. Updates on Concession stand and Baseball Field, and scheduling B-ball.
1. Game schedule -emailed to members and will be posted at ball field.
2. Score Board – moved due to cement cracking form water
3. Banners for fence – banners will be 48 in x 24 in. Business’s can have them printed and sent to us and we will put them up.
4. Concessions – Heidi orders stuff on amazon will be her next week We will open for games. Ashely will order an open sign and make signs to honor smaller business’s who donate.
2. Donations – members will come up with some ideas for next meeting for seeking donation. We will print up a flyer to take to business’s.
3. Update on Martelle – He will mow tomorrow and we will discuss possible increase in Bid for new areas he will be mowing.
4. Coffee for Library – Library patrons enjoyed coffee and there is another story time next month. She will also start potluck for community every other Monday 5-7 in the library.
5. Dog signs for field what do we want rules to be – no dogs on ball filed, must be on leash, pick up poop!
To Do:
1. move picnic tables and enclose grass area – done!
2. move rocks – Done!
3. Grass seed – reached out to Jeff G for straw will pick up next week.
4. clean shed – build shelves – Done !
5. Put up park signs
6. Volley Ball – net, sand, build towers, put up score board
7. Clean up small brush by road
8. Move sod
9. P/u assemble move soccer goal post
