Wednesday October 8th, 11:30 Recreation Field
1. Event Updates:
• Flag and Flag pole Donated
• Hot Dogs/ Hamburgers Donated -Ashley
• Food Truck Donated – Ashley,
• Installation of flag Donated
• Peter Roach – Sound System
• Tent – rent? Have put up – Jan
• Out Houses – Need none from open to close
• Hand Washing Station?
• Heaters – propane Ashley
• Jan will look into flowers
• Pat – ask about Split Rail Fence
• Concessions – Ashleys kids concessions , Sarah will purchase drinks –
coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soda, water
• Banner – Donations,
• Art – Promotional
• Round tables and chairs from grange – Talk to Matt J – Fire Department
at event?
• Talk to Pat – about split rail and ask dave to put in – 200 ft of split rail 1
inside corner 1 outside corner
• Stage for vets and music
• Decorations – Chris will bring buntings
• Parking
2. Fencing will be donated and installed on October 18th at 8:00 AM by
Perimeter Fencing. We need 4-5 volunteers to help.

– Ask Matt about doing install and maybe volunteering
3. Highway Department Work updates – Cash? Locked by November 15th if
possible and gate up take to select board. Talk to cash about metal posts –
Mulch – Ask about Dig Safe
4. Plan Flyer for Event – Sarah will Type up and send out by Friday – Town
hall website, facebook, front porch forum, school, print out, library page, fire
dept, dump, Town hall,
5. Art update on Veterans Committee – Hats
6. Event Planning – See Notes above
7. Grants fro Sidewalks -Ask Kim to look into this
8. Remove Sign – Yes
9. Closing Park – Yes mid November – Gate locked
10. Chat and chew moving to Tuesday 1-3 for the winter at the Grange Hall
11. Rec Committee donating time to help patch and paint Grange Hallway
this fall
