Rec Committee Meeting Minutes 9/3/25
Cash came to talk about drainage – up on north end and needing to take trees due to inability
to pull out not road safely on blind corner and dead trees.
Donation flyer discussed – Sarah will send out Veterans day Flyer and take to business to
seek donations
Discussed budget for getting proper drainage for the fields in place – this is a State issues as
they did not take care of routing the water properly.
Reach out to Martelle about mowing into trees further
Check with Kim about mowing bids , when do they need to be received?
Pavilion Bids Ashley will take care of
Sarah will Look for decorations for the event
Rec Committee will open the Concession stand and provide – Coffee, Tea, hot chocolate.
Bids for playground – Get on the ballot – discussion followed.
Ask Kim about making signs NO pets on the Front Field or on the Ball Fields –
We will Reach out about an outhouse for the fall at the Field
