Call to Order
Chairman Klopchin called the meeting to order at 5:15PM.
Agenda additions/deletions

Executive Session: Interviews
Selectman Ambrose motioned to move into executive session at 5:16pm, and Selectman Congdon seconded. All Board members approved. The Select Board requested to include Gloria Menard and Heidi Congdon in interviews.
Selectman Menard motioned to move out of executive session at 8:00pm and Selectman Congdon seconded. All Board members approved.
Statement of summation from executive session: Selectman Congdon motioned to offer Ashley Robinson the job of Administrative Assistant for a salary of $35,000 a year and to start as soon as possible, Selectmen Ambrose seconded. All Board members approved.
Selectman Congdon modified his motion that upon Ashley’s acceptance, the other candidate would be notified, Selectmen Ambrose seconded the modification. All Board members approved.

Selectman Congdon motioned to adjourn at 8:05pm, seconded by Selectman Menard. The motion passed unopposed.
