Meeting Minutes
Monday October 6th, 2025
6:30 p.m.
Clarendon Town Hall
Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM
Present: John McKenna, Heidi Eccleston, John Colvin, Sarah Kumm, Eric Engelhardt.

Action Items
- Approve Agenda – Approved By Consensus
- Approve Minutes from Meeting 6/2/2025 & 6/17/2025 – Heidi made a motion to approve minutes and Eric seconded. Unanimous approval by voice vote.
Old Business
- Discussion of Survey Content – We went through questions on the latest draft and discussed adding and/or removing questions.
- Heidi Motions for John M. to go to the board with the survey, seconded by John C. Approval was unanimously approved by voice vote.
New Business
- Discussion of Draft Rutland Regional Planning Commission Map – Land Use review board will meet 10/16/2025 at 4-6 pm.
- Sarah K. suggested we have a meeting to discuss the Planning Commission by-laws. This includes finding and making appropriate changes.
- John M. informed the committee that the new Subaru Dealership had a meeting with the Act 250 representatives, and Oliver Subaru will put in a berm and retention pond to meet permitting requirements.
- Other Business
- Member Updates – Sarah Kumm resigned from her position as Secretary. Unanimous approval upon a voice vote.
- Eric Engelhardt volunteered to fill the now vacant Secretary roll. Unanimous approval upon a voice vote.
- John M. will have the Select board answer on the town survey and the Planning Commission by-laws.
- Sarah K met with the Vermont local records coordinator and informed the Planning Commission that we have to maintain 70 years of records.

A motion to Adjourn the meeting was made and approved at 8:07 pm.
