Meeting called to Order at 5:56
Members Present: John Mckenna, Heidi Eccleston, Brownson Spencer, John Colvin, Sarah Kumm, Don Pratt
Action Items
● Approve Agenda
John made a motion to approve the Agenda. Discussion followed – The initial vote was a violation of Robert’s Rules via selectboard. The Select Board said we need to vote for either or, not both. Town policy says we must choose one new member to vote for.
Agenda Approval Vote results:
Heidi voted Yay, Sarah voted Yay, John C voted Yay, John M voted Yay, Don voted Yay, Brownson voted Nay

● Vote on New Member
John M asked if we would like to vote for the member we want to recommend via ballot or voice, we decided to vote via voice. We each voted to recommend either Dan Pinkowski or Eric Englehart to be the new member on the planning commission.
Votes for Dan Pinkowski – Brownson S – Yay, Sarah K – Nay, Don P – abstained, Heidi Nay, John C Yay, John M Nay,
Votes for Eric Engelhardt: Brownson S Nay, John C Nay, John M Yay, Heidi Yay, Sarah Yay, Don – abstained
John M will send an email to the Select Board with our recommendation which will be Eric E for our open seat and he will include votes made by each member. The Select Board will vote on Monday the 23rd at their regular meeting.
