- Approve Minutes From Meetings 10/6/2025 & 1/5/2026: Don motioned to approve the Meetings Seconded by John C. Unanimous approval

- Discussion of Survey Results Occurred.
New Business
- Discussion of Zoning/Town Plan Changes
- John led the meeting to discuss the results. Consensus is that the results would change the Town Plan.

- Member Updates: None
- Public Comment: None
- Agenda Building
- John M. will send out bylaws for review before the next meeting.
- Other Legal Business
- Next Meeting Scheduled for March 16th at 6:30 pm.
- Lumber Mill received a permit under Act 250 for a new building.
