Call to Order: Chair Mike Klopchin calls the meeting to order at 5:30pm.
Agenda additions/deletions – N/A
Executive Session: Robert Congdon motions to enter in to Executive Session at 5:30 pm. George Ambrose seconds the motion and it is approved by all board members.
Public Comments – N/A
Adjournment – Selectman Robert Congdon motions to exit Executive
Session and adjourn the meeting at 7:20 PM. Selectman Don Pratt provides the second to the motion and all board members approve.
Statement: The purpose of the Executive Session was to conduct a second Round of interviews with three candidates for the opening Road Crew Position.
