Call to Order
Chair Mike Klopchin called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Agenda additions/deletions
Selectmen Congdon motioned to add a legal executive session, seconded by Selectman Pratt and all approved.
\Executive Session – Personnel
Selectman Congdon motioned to go into executive session at 4:03pm, seconded by Selectman Ambrose and all approved.
Selectman Congdon motioned to come out of deliberative session at 4:55pm, seconded by Selectman Ruane and all approved.
Statement: Personnel – Policy positions were clarified and personnel will be notified by Treasurer Heidi Congdon regarding hours/days worked and will send a confirmation email to Cash Ruane, the Road Commissioner that personnel has been notified.
Legal – Selectman Congdon motions Janine Nilsen be contacted via email that the Board will not be taking any further action regarding their final determination from the hearing held earlier in the week, seconded by Selectman Ruane and all approved.
