Chairman Klopchin called the meeting to order at 6:02PM

- Administrative Assistant to the Selectboard: Interviews
Selectman Ruane motioned to go into executive session at 6:02PM, Selectman Ambrose provided the second. The motion was approved by all.
Selectman Menard motioned to come out of executive session at 8:16PM, Selectman Ambrose provided the second. The motion was approved by all.
Selectman Menard provided a statement to the public stating that the board conducted interviews with no decision made at this time.
