Present: John McKenna, Heidi Eccleston, Sarah Kumm, Carol Geery, Brownson Spencer
Public: None
Call to Order: John Mckenna called the meeting to order 6:34 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Approved by consensus
Public Comment: None
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve minutes as amended, correction John Mckenna called meeting to order. Approved Unanimously
Updates/Revisions to Zoning Regulations: Members continued updating/revising regulations.
• Started with reviewing section 304. Question sent in regarding sec
304. Discussion followed. Will check with surrounding towns to see
how they manage composting in regards to sec 304. John
McKenna emailed Regional representative Logan.
• Reviewed property use chart and how pre-existing car dealerships
fits in to current regulations.
• Continued discussing Section 103 and removing or keeping it.
Carol made a motion to revisit this section at our next meeting,
Sarah Seconded motion.
• Carol G made motion to accept article 807 as John revised it to
accommodate text form Rutland Regional planning. Motion died for
lack of a second.
Next meeting will continue revising Zoning Regulations will start with section 808.

John M made a motion to adjourn meeting at 7:52 pm.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be December 4th, 2023 at 6:30 at the Clarendon Town Hall.
