Present: John McKenna, Carol Geery, Brownson Spencer, Sarah Kumm, Don Pratt.
Public: None
Call to Order: John McKenna called the meeting to order 6:38 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Approved by Consensus.
Public Comment: None
MAIL: No Mail
Approval of Minutes: Sarah motioned to approve minutes Brownson seconded for 12/4/2023 Don and Brownson abstained from vote. Updates/Revisions to Zoning Regulations: Started reviewing
definitions and statute citations in zoning regulations.
• John is going to ask Zoning Administrator to come to next meeting to discuss defining “ temporary structures” and current regulations and permitting requirements for “temporary structures/sheds”

John M made a motion to adjourn meeting at 7:49 pm
