Present: John McKenna, Heidi Eccleston, Sarah Kumm, Carol Geery,

Call to Order: John Mckenna called the meeting to order 6:43 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Approved by consensus
Public Comment: None
Mail – looked over mail.
Approval of Minutes: Carol made Motion to approve minutes and Heidi seconded.
Updates/Revisions to Zoning Regulations: Members continued updating/revising regulations.
• Started with reviewing section 808. Statute moved to 33 VSA 3511(7) and reviewed.
• John spoke with Logan about composting and fertilizer in regards to wording in section 304. We changed section 304 to prohibit only chemical fertilizer.
• Section 819 changes from unlicensed to unregistered vehicles.
• Section 820 multifamily dwelling changes to 1.5 parking spaces to meet requirements of S100 law.
• Article X 24 VSA 4303 (38) Accessory Dwelling update definition.
• Start reviewing Definitions including statute citations next meeting.
Member Updates: Historical Society is taking possession of Chippenhook of old schoolhouse and land. They are working with preservation trust to have it approved for a grant to restore it.

John M made a motion to adjourn meeting at 8:04 pm.
