Present: John McKenna, Heidi Eccleston, Brownson Spencer, Sarah Kumm
Public: None
Call to Order: John McKenna called the meeting to order 6:36 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Approved by Consensus.
Public Comment: None
Approval of Minutes: Heidi motioned to approve minutes Brownson seconded for 5/1/2023 Approved as presented by Consensus.
Updates/Revisions to Zoning Regulations: Members continued process of updating/revising regulations. Started Article 4 and finished article 8.11. Updating and revisions will continue starting with article 8.12 at the next meeting on 9-18-2023 at 6:30. John will reach out to regional planning committee to discuss current regulations in regards to Accessory Dwellings. Do we need to
consider changing these in response to current housing crises.

Heidi made a motion to adjourn meeting at 7:40 pm John C seconded.
Planning Commission will not meet July and August.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be September 18th 2023 at 6:30 at the Clarendon Town Hall.
