Devon Neary: follow up on Zoning Changes/Town Plan Update
- Town Plan will expire–6/13/24
- provisions need to be addressed S100, housing requirements,
- Act 171,
- Census data
- Community needs assessment, a complete assessment, and survey were completed in 2016.
- discussion of Act 250 proposed revisions in the legislature
- Flood overlay district will be reviewed and updated with FEMA info but could take a while before it is ready to be added to town plan.
- Recommended Zoning Reg. approval prior to Plan expiring

- Discussion of what projects do not require permits
- discussed 64 sq.ft. limit on sheds found in Manual Procedures. Kevin uses this in interpreting zoning bylaws
- Discussion of uses of bed and breakfast/AirBnB/rentals

- Continue Updates/Changes to Zoning Regulations: discussed Manual of Procedures.
