Clarendon Planning Commission – Unapproved Minutes
February 17, 2020 – Clarendon Town Hall
Present: Brownson Spencer,John Colvin,Bryan Johnson,Gale LiCausi,John Mckenna,Don Pratt
Public: Marjorie Southard, Karen Pratt, Tom Garden
Call to Order: Brownson called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.
Approve Agenda: Agenda change approved by consensus.
Presentation by Triland solar for Darby property: Tom Garden of Tri land Partners, explained the permitting process re the three acre parcel owned by Darby (located off route 7B on Clarendon Tax Map 15)and distributed site maps and pertinent information to the Commission. Bryan motioned for signature of letter from the Commission naming the Darby parcel as a preferred site for solar. John M. seconded the motion. Discussion followed. Motion passed unanimously.

Minutes from 12-16-2019: Bryan motioned and Don seconded to approve minutes. Motion passed unanimously.
Review mail: none
Finish discussion re ZA suggested fee/procedure/form changes: John M. motioned to not pursue the ZA recommendations at this time. Bryan seconded. Discussion followed. Motion passed unanimously.
Brief report on RRPC January meeting: Brownson said items mentioned included but not limited to what road commissioners need to do, water sampling and sources of financial support for the regional commission.
Member Concerns: John M. mentioned that he was coaching indoor soccer soon and some games might interfere with his attendance at our planning meetings.

Bryan made a motion to enter executive session for a personnel issue at 6: 55pm. John M. seconded. Motion passed unanimously. Discussion followed. Bryan motioned to end executive session at 7:10pm. John M. seconded. John M. motioned to recommend that the Clarendon Select Board appoint Karen Pratt as our Zoning Administrator as soon as possible. Bryan seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Bryan made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Don seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7: 15pm.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be Monday, March 16,2020 to start at 6:30pm in the Clarendon Town Hall.
