Present: John McKenna, Carol Geery, Brownson Spencer, Sarah Kumm, Don Pratt, Heidi Eccleston
Public: None
Call to Order: John McKenna called the meeting to order 6:30 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Approved by Consensus.
Public Comment: None
MAIL: Read Mail and initialed: one piece from CRI.
Approval of Minutes: Don motioned to approve minutes pending corrections. No corrections. Minutes approved by consensus.
Updates/Revisions to Zoning Regulations: Started final review of zoning regulations.
• Discussed Town plan, section 103, is it too ambiguous without referencing the Town Plan? Carol made a motion to include the statement about the Town Plan in section 103 that was previously removed. Sarah seconded the motion. We voted on this: Carol, Sarah, and John voted yes, Brownson, Heidi, and Don voted No, motion failed.
• Discussed section 104 “must permit change of use of any building”.
Schedule Hearing: We will schedule the first Public hearing to go over zoning regulation updates on Monday April 29th at 6:30.

John M made a motion to adjourn meeting at 8:21 pm
